1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tran4d", "we", "us", "our" refers to the tran4d online betting platform and its operators.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses our services.

Each Player is permitted to register only one account with tran4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. When registering, you must:

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tran4d is required to verify the identity of all Players in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to provide:

• A copy of your government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account details).

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays. All submitted documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to your tran4d account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using one of our supported payment methods:

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000
• tran4d aims to process withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on verification and payment method.

4. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tran4d platform are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded once confirmed, except in cases where the event is canceled, postponed, or the result is voided due to technical error or force majeure.

4.2 Bet Limits

tran4d reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any market, event, or Player at our sole discretion. VIP Players may be granted higher limits subject to approval.

4.3 Results and Settlements

All betting results are determined by official sources (e.g., league governing bodies for sports betting, certified RNG systems for casino games). tran4d's determination of results is final. Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement.

4.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), basketball, and other live events, the following rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on the sport and market.
